Cancellations made by you for any services previously booked, which requires a member of ‘The Bamboo Manager Project’ in person or via a digital platform to attend i.e. training - speaking - educational event.
Cancellation made 28 days prior to the scheduled event will incur no administration fee, however any costs that we have made in direct response to your booking i.e. travel, visas, accommodation etc. these will be invoiced for and subtracted from the refund due to you.
Cancellation 0-14 days prior to the scheduled event will incur a 20% administration fee of your original payment and any costs that we have made in direct response to your booking i.e. travel, visas, accommodation etc. these will be invoiced for and subtracted from the refund due to you.
