Is The Bamboo Manager Project only for young managers & stage management

No - is the simple answer.

We have access to Lighting, Audio & Production Experts for those questions that may arise in your early career. All possible to bring online in the future but for now ask in the forum or if you want a detailed answer - contact us & book a "Let's Talk" Session & we will do our best to partner you with a specialist

We also support International students studying abroad and teaching staff whether it be from the visitor' or the home institution' perspective.

A

Why do you charge for 'one to one' sessions

These sessions are for anyone that may require help with their Bamboo journey.

You don't have to be enrolled on a course to request this service.

(naturally we do not charge for this!)

Q

A

Why The Bamboo Manager Project

The answer can be found in part on the about us  page

Q

A

Why do you use the terms:  'mao jue' and 'kao jue'

These are the two main types of bamboo wood used for scaffolding structures.

--

Mao jue is used as the primary component of the scaffolding structures and is used to create the main & strongest - vertical and diagonal - parts of the structure.

Kao jue has a smaller diameter. It is used for these same areas but is more flexible and is used in other parts of the constuction - platforms etc.

Traditionally bamboo was easy to source from regions such as the Xiaoxing area in Guangdong, China. However the supply there for instance is not as plentiful as it was - so like many other things, alternatives are now being sought. Just like in the delivery of education.
