Are you in need of one to one support?
There are two ways to proceed:
- Contact us first via our contact form to arrange a suitable session.
- providing us with the following:
- Skype contact details
- Time zone that you are in
- Date & Time prefference of the session
- An alternative Date & Time prefference of the session
We will email you either a confirmation or should these times not be available to us, we will offer an alternative session time.
Once we have agreed a session time proceed to this payment area to process payment at least 24hrs prior to the scheduled session time (if paid after 24hrs we will not guaruntee calling - as the slot may have been released).
We will then call YOU at the agreed time - on receipt of payment
Way Two: is pay first and then contact us
Sessions will last for one hour maximum.
Please note that all 'Online - One to One Sessions' are held in English
Online - One to One Session
We at The Bamboo Manager Project understand that a simple ‘click’ maybe a simple mistake or your circumstances may have changed. We offer the statutory 14 day returns policy on our online products, sometimes known as ‘the cooling off period’.
'Online - One to One Session' are exempt from the 14 day returns requirement once the session has been started.
We deem the start of the session from the moment that we instigate the online call.
After the session has started No Refunds will be entered into.
If you have changed your mind or do not require this service cancelations must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the due, agreed scheduled session time. Cancellation requests can be sent to us via our contact form at the bottom of our 'home' page.
An administration fee of 20% will be charged in respect to this refund.
Please note that all 'Online - One to One Sessions' are held in English at this time.
'Online - One to One Session' are delivered using Skype.
